During the four years ended on 31st December, 1976, there were four prosecutions for bigamy.
I have no information as to how many persons whose marriages have been annulled by an ecclesiastical tribunal re-marry.
As the House is aware, the civil law relating to nullity is being examined by the Law Reform Commission.
