The employment action team was established by the Government to draw up schemes to stimulate youth employment. The team recommend such schemes to me; they are not themselves directly involved in their implementation or financing but have been given the function of monitoring approved schemes and their speedy implementation.
No limit has been placed by the Government on the number of worth-while schemes which the team can develop.
