The design for this scheme, serving approximately 123 houses, has recently been approved by my Department and Offaly County Council. My Department's local Inspector will be in touch with the group soon to advise them about the seeking of quotations for the necessary materials and the carrying out of the work. When these quotations are received, my Department will be in a position to make a firm estimate of the cost and to allocate the appropriate grants, if in order.
