Payment of pay-related benefit was made to the person concerned on the 10 February.
The reason for the delay in payment was that details of the applicant's previous earnings which were necessary to enable the rate of pay-related benefit to be calculated were not immediately available and special inquiry had to be made to the applicant's previous employer.
