It is proposed to take Nos. 4 and 5 and in No. 5 Vote 29 (resumed) with the Supplementary Estimate. Private Members' Business will be taken from 7 to 8.30 p.m. and No. 12 will be taken by agreement. I should like to say for the information of Deputies that when the Dáil resumes after the Easter Recess it will be on Wednesday 5 April.
Order of Business.
I wish to raise another very important question. There was a statement in the newspapers at the weekend to the effect that a prisoner who is a high security prisoner was at large for seven days. Why was the public not made aware of this? I think this matter——

I previously asked the Taoiseach if he would make time available to discuss the White Paper on National Development, 1977-78 and the Taoiseach then indicated that he would make time available but was not in a position to say when this would be. Could he give any indication now when we could have that debate?
The reason I did not give an indication then was that the budget was being debated and it is still being debated. There would be a great deal of repetition, the subject matter of both debates being much the same. However, when the budget debate has been concluded I shall certainly consider making time available then.
I shall communicate with Deputy Harte in regard to the second matter which he raised.
