I am not so aware. An application under the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959, for an oyster fishery order in respect of a specified part of Dingle Harbour, County Kerry, has been made to me by Beirtreach Teoranta, Aird Thoir, Carna, Co. na Gaillimhe. A public inquiry into the application will be held by an officer of my Department at the Courthouse, The Mall, Dingle, County Kerry, at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday 11 April 1978. It is open to any person or body to attend the public inquiry and to make any objections or representations concerning the application.
