asked the Minister for Finance if he will provide an estimate of the total amount of tax revenue lost as a result of the inability of the Revenue Commissioners to deal adequately with Schedule D assessments; the total number of additional taxation staff that would be required in order to perform this work in an efficient manner; and the estimated loss of revenue which will result from the proposed changes in Schedule D assessments.
