Notification of completion of the house had been awaited from the person named. The file has now been referred for final inspection with a view to payment of the balance of the new house grant (£120).

A new house grant of £325 was allocated to the person named on 14 March 1978. Her eligibility for the special rate is being examined. An inspection is being arranged with a view to payment of a grant, if in order.

There is no record in my Department of an application for a new house grant by the person named. However, Cork council received an application for a supplementary grant in June 1977. An application form for a State grant has been sent to the person mentioned.
