I am not so aware. Whilst a delay might occur in an individual case I am satisfied, from inquiries that I have made, that the scheme is operated sympathetically and efficiently by the health boards. If the Deputy would like to forward details to me of any case where he feels an undue delay has occurred I shall be pleased to take the matter up with the appropriate health board.
