I wish to inform the House that the following persons were selected and nominated as representatives and substitutes from Ireland to the Thirtieth Ordinary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe which will open in Strasburg on 24 April 1978. The representatives are Senator Willie Ryan, Deputies Edward Collins, Barry Desmond and Jimmy Leonard. The substitutes are Deputies Seán Calleary, Gerard Connolly, Oliver J. Flanagan and Patrick Hegarty.
