The price quoted is not affected by the improved terms of the scheme recently announced. However, as I understand that the contract has not yet been completed, the applicant will get the benefits of the reduction in the interest rate from 12½ per cent per annum to 11½ per cent per annum if the house is purchased on a repayment basis. No future amendments or improvements to the scheme are proposed.
