asked the Minister for Agriculture if the Land Commission will acquire the Kelly estate, Treenpark, Glinsk, County Galway, which was recently offered for sale, as there is a great number of congests who need adjacent and adjoining extensions.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 39 and 40 together. I understand the Land Commission are having the properties referred to inspected with a view to determining whether acquisition proceedings should be instituted.
