I want to give notice to you, Sir, of my intention to raise on the Adjournment with your leave the question of the purported publication of the Bula Agreement which was the subject matter of Question No. 10 on the Order Paper of Tuesday, 25 April.

There is an enabling motion from the Joint Committee on the Secondary Legislation of the EEC regarding the discussion of reports from that Committee which was taken yesterday in the other House. When will it be tabled in this House?
This matter was discussed by the Committee of Procedure and Privileges yesterday. Arrangements are being made to take a similar motion here shortly.
