: I am aware that there has been some delay recently in regard to deliveries of bagged cement. I have been in touch with Cement Limited about the matter and have been informed that the problem is a short-term one. The company have taken steps to remedy the situation, which is due mainly to an unprecedented increase in the demand for cement on the domestic market.
