: Officers of the Departments of Finance, the Environment and my Department will review this scheme with the local authorities concerned in order to ensure that it makes the maximum contribution possible to enabling those who might otherwise be obliged to rely on public housing to purchase their own houses. It is expected that the review will be completed by the end of the present year.
