: The pension order book was recalled from the person concerned as it appeared from a reinvestigation of his means that he was no longer entitled to a noncontributory old age pension. The Social Welfare Officer informed him accordingly on 20 April 1978. An appeals officer decided on 20 June 1978 that the person concerned has not been entitled to any pension since the 14 April 1978 on the ground that his means exceed the statutory limit. Notice of the decision has been sent to the clerk of the pension committee, by whom it will be conveyed to the person concerned.
