Do I take it the Taoiseach will not be answering his questions today?
I propose to answer the questions.
I should like to withdraw Questions Nos. 2 and 3.
I should also like to withdraw my question. The Taoiseach is the principal actor in this matter and therefore it is vital that he should be here to answer supplementary questions. It would not be fair to the Minister of State that questions on such an important matter should be answered by him.
Are Questions Nos. 1, 2 and 3 postponed?
I said "withdraw" but I meant "postpone". No slight is intended on the Minister.
