There is a plot comprising about one acre adjacent to the married quarters at McKee Park, Black-horse Avenue, Dublin. On recent inspection this plot was found to be in reasonably tidy condition with no signs of dumping.
The plot is surplus to military requirements, and my Department have offered it to Dublin Corporation, free of charge, for development as an amenity area.
Have they accepted it?
I understand they intend to accept it but they have not actually formally done so yet. They are interested in taking it over.
