As I have informed the House in reply to earlier questions I set up a working group to carry out a review of the cheap fuel scheme. The report of this group, which has been received, is at present under examination in my Department. In the meanwhile the existing cheap fuel scheme has been brought into operation for the present season.
I am aware that there has been some dissatisfaction with certain aspects of this scheme and it is for this reason that I had the review I have mentioned carried out.
