There are no current legal proceedings between my Department and the company referred to. In connection with the development by the company to which the question relates, I have been legally advised that it would be inappropriate for me to take any further step save to refer any persons who may be complaining that the present use of the site is unauthorised to the remedies available under Sections 26 and 27 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1976. The planning authority has been informed accordingly.
