asked the Minister for Education the total amount of money disbursed by his Department as principals' allowances in post-primary schools; the division of this amount as between secondary, vocational, community and comprehensive schools; the number of principals in each category; and the average remuneration by way of principal's allowance per principal in each category.

asked the Minister for Education if he will state in relation to (a) primary, (b) secondary, (c) vocational, (d) community, and (e) comprehensive schools, the percentage of teachers in each type of school who are in receipt of either a principal's allowance, a special functions allowance or a post of responsibility allowance, or any combination of the above, if applicable.
