asked the Minister for the Public Service, with reference to his written reply to Question No. 313 of 28 November 1978, the number of personnel in each of the listed offices enjoying flexi-hours and the state of negotiations with staff interests to expand flexi-hours in the Office of the Revenue Commissioners, the Department of Labour and the Department of Tourism and Transport, and to launch flexi-hours in the Department of Agriculture.

The table below sets out the number of staff, by Department/Office participating in pilot schemes of flexible working hours:

The state of negotiations with staff interests to extend the scope and number of pilot schemes is as follows:

—agreement has been reached and arrangements are in train for increasing the scope of the pilot scheme
