The assembly of the information available will take a considerable time and this position is aggravated because of difficulties of communication arising from the postal and telephone operators' strike. I shall be glad, therefore, if the Deputy will repeat the question towards the end of March 1979, when I hope to have the information available.
I would be quite happy to do what the Minister suggests if in line with the Government commitment to abolish ground rent the Government will buy out the ground rent on these buildings.
