The existing public telephones in Rush will be replaced with specially strengthened units later this year or early next year.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if a public telephone kiosk will be provided at St. Catherine's Estate, Rush, in view of its distance from Rush town centre.
A further kiosk to serve the St. Catherine's Estate and adjoining areas will be provided as soon as possible after the necessary consents to a suitable site have been obtained.
