I recently transferred responsibility for the training of fishermen and potential fishermen, including control of the National Fishery School at Greencastle, County Donegal, from my Department to An Bord Iascaigh Mhara. The question of setting up a training centre at Castletownbere is therefore a matter for the board in the first instance. I have asked them to consider the Deputy's suggestion.
