(3) The number of dwellings completed by co-operative groups prior to 1 April 1971 is not known. Final figures are not yet available for 1978 but it is estimated that about 200 dwellings were completed in that year. The figures for dwellings completed by co-operative groups (column 4) are included in the figures for non-local authority dwellings (column 3). The figures in brackets in column 4 refer to houses completed by the rural housing organisation and these figures are also included in the figures for non-local authority dwellings (column 3).
