Following the destruction by fire of certain tools which were the property of students at Colaiste Chairman, Gorey, my Department made available for the use of the students tools which were considered essential for the practical part of their course during 1978-1979. As these tools were the property of the Department they were to be retained in Colaiste Chairman on the termination of the course.
