The appointment of inspectors to investigate and report on the affairs of the two companies was made under subsection (b) of section 166 of the Companies Act, 1963, which outlines certain circumstances under which I may order an investigation. Pending the outcome of that investigation it would clearly be inappropriate for me to make a statement in the matter.
