The Congress of Catholic Secondary School Parent Associations has not formal recognition from the Department of Education as one of the recognised educational associations for all purposes. The Minister for Education, is, however, prepared to meet a deputation from the congress from time to time to discuss matters of particular concern to them. I do not consider that it would be in accordance with normal procedure that I should make observations in relation to their constitution, and so on, or give particulars of meetings with deputations from them.
