The Committee of Selection reports that it has discharged Deputy Michael Woods (Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach) and Deputies Sile de Valera and Mark Clinton from the Joint Committee on the Secondary Legislation of the European Communities and has appointed Deputies Joe Walsh, Paddy Power and Michael J. D'Arcy in substitution for them; that it has discharged Deputy Síle de Valera from the Committee on Procedure and Previleges and has appointed Deputy Ben Briscoe in substitution for her; that on the Committee of Public Accounts on the Appropriation Accounts for the year ended 31 December 1977, it has appointed Deputy John Horgan to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Deputy Pat Kerrigan and has appointed Deputy Terry Leyden in place of Deputy Michael Woods.
