In regard to the legal position, I refer the Deputy to the answer given on 17 July 1979 to Questions Nos. 14 and 15 in regard to divergences in sentences. I do not consider that it would be proper for me to give particulars in regard to the number of meetings held by members of the Judiciary, in regard to which I have no statutory function.
