Vol. 318 No. 2

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: No. 6 (resumed), 7 and 8. Business will be interrupted at 3.30 p.m. to take item No. 8 and the order will not be resumed thereafter.

On the Order of Business, may I ask the Taoiseach if he would allow Government time for the House to discuss foreign policy in view of the major departure in that area which is being taken by the Government?

Perhaps Deputy Cluskey would discuss that with the Whips.

Could I have any indication from the Taoiseach if he would be disposed towards giving the Dáil an early opportunity of discussing foreign policy?

I would not be adverse to it if it can be arranged.
