I move:
(1) That the proceedings on Financial Motion No. 19—Amendment of Law—if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at 7 p.m. today by putting from the Chair forthwith the Question necessary to bring them to a conclusion; and
(2) that Members as indicated hereunder shall be called on by the Chair to speak in the debate on the said motion not later than the times specified:—
(i) 4 p.m. a Member nominated by the Labour Party;
(ii) 5 p.m. a Member nominated by Fine Gael; and
(iii) 6 p.m. a Member of the Government to conclude the debate.
