I received a letter dated 2 April 1980 from the Secretary to the Cork County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association concerning an incident in Crossmaglen on Monday 31 March 1980. I raised the matter on 15 April at my meeting with the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Mr. Atkins.
