The Committee of Selection reports that they have discharged Deputy Brendan Daly from the Committee on Procedure and Privileges and have appointed Deputy Terry Leyden in substitution for him; that they have discharged Deputies Brendan Daly, Jackie Fahey, Mark Killilea and Paddy Power from the Joint Committee on the Secondary Legislation of the European Communities and have appointed Deputies Liam Aylward, Gerard Brady, Barry Cogan and Michael Herbert in substitution for them; that they have discharged Deputy Vincent Brady from the Committee of Public Accounts on the Appropriation Accounts for the year ended 31 December, 1978 and have appointed Deputy Eddie Filgate in substitution for him; that they have discharged Deputies Albert Reynolds and Pádraig Flynn from the Joint Restaurant Committee and have appointed Deputies P. J. Morley and Vincent Brady in substitution for them and that they have discharged Deputy Seáan Doherty from the Joint Library Committee and have appointed Deputy James Leonard in substitution for him.
