(a) In the case of local authority housing the allocations are in respect of ongoing commitments on the programme at 31 December 1979.
(b) In the case of local authority house purchase, low rise mortgage, improvement loans and supplementary grants, the allocation is in respect of the six month period ending on 30 June 1980. A further allocation will be made in due course to provide for expenditure in the period to 31 December 1980.
