I move:
That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders and in the Resolution of the Dáil of 23 April, 1980 the Dáil shall adjourn not later than 4.30 p.m. on Fridays in the period ending on 27 June, 1980; and on those days fhe following arrangements shall apply:—
(i) the speech of the member of the Government or Minister of State opening the debate on an Estimate shall not exceed one hour and the speeches of the first speaker from Fine Gael and from the Labour Party shall not exceed 45 minutes each;
(ii) the speech of any other Member in the debate shall not exceed 30 minutes; and
(iii) a member of the Government shall be called on not later than 4 p.m. to conclude the debate.
