Arrears of disability benefit and pay-related benefit due to the person concerned from 29 March 1980, the fourth day of incapacity, were paid on 22 and 23 May 1980.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare when arrears of pay-related benefit, retrospective to 17 January, 1980 will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare.
There are no arrears of pay-related benefit due to the person concerned. Payment of this benefit has been issued to him together with disability benefit from 11 December 1979, 13th day of incapacity, to 13 May 1980, the date of the latest medical certificate received. He is, however, being paid disability benefit at the personal rate only as a form on which to claim for dependants, which was issued to him on 14 January 1980, has not been returned. A further claim form has now been sent to him and on return of the completed form his entitlement to an increase of dis-ability benefit in respect of any dependants will be considered.
