In accordance with devolved procedures consultations are taking place between technical officers of Cork County Council (West) and my Department's housing inspector about the proposed layout and house plan for the local authority housing scheme at Rosscarbery. I understand that the site is a difficult one and that a special type house plan will be required. The inspector has been asked to expedite his discussions with the council's advisors.
