I am informed by the Registrar of Titles and Deeds that the title to the lands the subject of folio 27547, County Galway was transferred to folio 53325 on 22 January 1968. A dealing was lodged in the Land Registry in respect of folio 53325 on 26 May 1980 but it is not possible to say at this stage when the dealing will be completed.
