I understand from the Commissioners of Public Works that the school authorities have been requested to have their architect prepare working-drawings and specifications for St. Martin's Special National School, Waterford.
The question of authorising the issue of invitations for tenders does not arise at this stage, pending completion of the necessary preliminary procedures.
