The text of the speech of the Taoiseach in the recent debate on Northern Ireland is being circulated with the June issue of Ireland Today. It is not normally the practice to report Dáil proceedings in the magazine and as there is no precedent for circulating the texts of statements by leaders of opposition parties, it is not intended that it be done on this occasion.
