: Will the Minister deny that prices have increased by more than 70 per cent, despite the promises given in the manifesto of 1977? What has happened to those promises? Does the Minister agree that prices have not been controlled by consumer legislation as promised in the manifesto?

: I have given the Deputy an all-embracing reply.

: I should like to get the reply to my supplementary for the people of Donegal who are asking these questions. Will the Minister give an all-embracing reply for the benefit of the people of Donegal?

: Donegal apparently is very much in the Deputy's mind.
