The following statement gives for each county, the minimum basic weekly rate of wages and the hourly equivalent of the minimum basic weekly rate of wages paid to forestry workers for a 40-hour week. An incentive bonus is payable in addition to those rates.

Information on the minimum weekly rates payable to county council road workers is not at present available. The position is that as set out in the reply of the Minister for the Environment in answer to the Deputy's question on 18 November 1980.
With regard to the minimum weekly rates payable to adult agricultural workers the position was dealt with in a reply by the Minister for Labour in response to the Deputy's question on 4 December 1980. On availability of the Labour Court's final recommendation the county rates will be communicated to the Deputy.
