asked the Minister for Justice the number of prosecutions brought in 1980 for breaches of the Night Work (Bakeries) Act, 1936.

I am informed by the Garda authorities that there were two prosecutions brought in 1980 for breaches of the Night Work (Bakeries) Act, 1936.
