A non-contributory old age pension order book which was received in my Department on 19 February 1981 for a change of address was returned to the person concerned on 23 February 1981. A new book payable from 3 April 1981 will be available for collection by the pensioner at the nominated post office of payment when the current book expires on 27 March 1981.
