asked the Minister for Education the reason for the delay in the provision of a sports hall for Springfield Community School, County Dublin.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle I propose to take Questions Nos. 91 and 93 together.
As the successful contractor for the halls at Springfield and Old Bawn had also been awarded the contracts for two other halls it was agreed that the commencement dates for the construction of the four halls might be adjusted to the needs of the situation. As a result the commencement dates for Springfield and Old Bawn were delayed by one month until 1 April 1981.
