Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Bill, 1981: Motion.

I move:

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 105 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Bill, 1981, which had reached Second Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 21st May, 1981, be restored to the Order Paper.

I take it that the intention is to restore it to the Order Paper and to proceed immediately with the Second Stage.

Mr. E. Collins

With the agreement of the House I would like to take Second Stage now.
