The property referred to appears to be that of the late Nora Duane at Doorus Demesne, near Kinvara.
Proceedings have been instituted for the compulsory acquisition of the lands but it is not yet possible to say what the outcome will be. Accordingly, the question of division does not arise at this stage.

The Land Commission hope to be in a position to divide these properties next Spring.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when a person (details supplied) in County Donegal will be allowed to proceed with the second stage of work under the western drainage scheme.
Applications under the western drainage scheme are being dealt with in order of receipt and it is not possible to indicate precisely at this stage when this second application received in April 1981 will be investigated. However, the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.

The local office of the Department has not yet been notified by the applicant that the work has been completed. When notification is received a final inspection will be carried out and if the work is satisfactorily completed the grant will be paid without delay.
