I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Litter Bill, 1981, which had reached Committee Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 21st May, 1981, and had lapsed by reason of that dissolution, be now restored to the Order Paper.
